KB Royal Annual Ryegrass
KB Royal annual ryegrass is bred to work in the Midwest as an annual winter-hardy cover crop to scavenge Nitrogen and other nutrients while building organic matter and improving soil structure. Deep growing roots break up natural hardpans (fragipans) and manmade plow-pans or compacted layers. With its deep root structure, improvements in corn and soybeans yields are greatly enhanced in dry years. May also be used to control erosion. Volume discounts starting at 4000 lbs. Cover crop seeding rate 15 lbs/acre drilled, 20-25 lbs aerial seeded. Additional freight charges may apply.- Premier cover crop

NEW! Tillage RootMax from Cover Crop Solutions is a deeper-rooted annual ryegrass (ARG) with roots that build great soil structure and extend up to 80% deeper than typical ARG. These deeper roots scavange more nutrients and build better soil structure. Uniform stand establishment can make it easier to kill in the spring. Optimal planting dates are August 1st to September 30th. Available in 50 lb bags or 2000 lb totes. Seeding rate is 18 lbs per acre drilled, 20 lbs per acre broadcast.
