Common Medium Red Clover is a short-lived perennial that is winter hardy. It is best used in a short rotation for forage or as a nitrogen-fixing cover crop. Seeding rate 4-15 lbs/acre.

Premium clover mix is a mixture of improved varieties of red & white clover. CCS Crimson Clover is a dense growing annual legume planted as a cover crop preceding corn, soybean, cotton and grain sorghum crop planting. It is a fast germinator, and can be see emerging as quickly as four days after planting depending on conditions. At termination, the dense growth forms a mat that helps suppress winter annual weeds and conserve soil moisture. Its fine roots help build soil structure and improve microbial activity. CCS Crimson Clover attracts beneficial insects, such as ladybugs. CCS Crimson clover is an annual clover that can be planted in the spring or fall. Alice is our best selling #1 white clover for pastures. A time proven favorite of many graziers. Alice is a large-leaved, vigorous white clover variety which exhibits a tall growth pattern. It is a well-known, proven white clover that is extremely winter-hardy and grazing tolerant. Alice was the first white clover variety to successfully combine production and persistence when interplanted with grass. In addition, Alice is a legume, which produces its own nitrogen via nitrogen fixation - a symbiotic process in which Rhizobium bacteria in the root nodules "fix" nitrogen.
