Forage Sorghum
A warm season annual that is an excellent choice for a one cut system (like corn silage) on marginal corn ground. Uses 30% less water than corn and less nitrogen too. BMR trait has improved forage sorghums dramatically and they are now considered an excellent feed for dairy cattle. Energy levels are comparable to corn with protein levels around 10 to 12%

Silage Supreme MS BMR Forage Sorghum
Silage Supreme is the next generation of BMR (gene 6) forage sorghums. It is male sterile. If there is no pollen source nearby, it will not produce a grain head.
