Branch-rooted alfalfas are high yielding alfalfas with an excellent disease package that are designed for poorly drained soils or fields subject to heaving. They also perform well on medium to well-drained soils. The branch-root trait keeps more of the root system above the water table. These alfalfas are also very high qualilty, leafy alfalfas.
