Hi-Gest® 360 Low Lignin Alfalfa is a product of conventional plant breeding and maintains the yield, persistence and multiple pest resistance package of today’s elite commercial varieties. Hi-Gest® 360 alfalfa plants are medium tall, with a dense canopy of fine stems and large leaves with a high leaf to stem ratio. The whole plant lignin of Hi-Gest 360 Low lignin alfalfa will be 7-10% lower than non-selected elite commercial varieties.
